Address the Fifth World.
This principle relates to the agenda, “See the Fifth World together.”
Rather than talking to your friends about the Fifth World, talk to their characters in the Fifth World. Address them by the names of their characters, rather than their own names. Speak directly to the world you see together, rather than removing yourself from it and speaking about it. In the encyclopedia, we divide every entry into two parts: an emic entry, describing it from the point of view of someone living in the Fifth World, and an etic entry, describing it from an outsider’s point of view. While we play, always speak from an emic perspective.
