When a player describes hens main character doing something difficult, use this ritual phrase to make the character work for it.
You can accomplish something difficult by paying one moment of awareness to the place. This means you can only accomplish difficult things in the places played by players in the current tale.
Before you pay a moment of awareness to accomplish the task, though, a third player can escalate the difficulty of the task by using the ritual phrase, “…very difficult.”
